Our Hair Hero Shampoo Bar is formulated with seven quality oils in addition to Rhassoul Clay and Essential Oils of Rosemary, Cedarwood, Ginger and Thyme.

It has been certified as both a shampoo bar and a body soap.  We found it works best with shorter untreated hair and is good for dandruff. It is good on any skin type as a body soap.

Contrary to commercial shampoos, these bars do not act as a detergent that strips your scalp, hair, and skin of the natural oils they produce. The natural ingredients gently clean the hair as well as condition.

Rhassoul Clay
This clay reduces dryness in the hair while removing toxins and product buildup. It cleanses the hair, leaving it soft and moisturised. 

Rosemary Essential Oil
It is a true hair hero. It heals the hair follicles and increases hair growth by increasing blood circulation in the scalp follicles.

Cedarwood Essential Oil
As with Rosemary, it stimulates the hair follicles by increasing circulation to the scalp.

Ginger Essential Oil
Wonderful for hair by increasing circulation on the scalp and providing nutrients that help promote hair growth and aid dandruff.

Thyme Essential Oil
Its excellent antimicrobial action helps resolve many scalp problems, including dandruff. 

A GREAT ALTERNATIVE TO CONDITIONER:
After shampooing, it is important to restore the natural pH of your scalp and hair, especially if you live in a hard water area or have damaged hair. You need to reduce the pH of your rinse water to avoid product build-up and close the cuticles of your hair. It is an important step of your natural hair routine and is often why many people fail to adapt to a shampoo bar.
 
To add smoothness, shine, and lustre to your hair, add a bit of Apple Cider Vinegar to your rinse water or look at our pHabsolute Clarity Hair Rinse, which has organic rice protein to strengthen hair and natural silicone to help with the shine and protection. It acts as a natural conditioner.
 
This powdered acid rinse does not leave an odour, is easy to mix, and is light to travel with. You only need 1ml in the rinse water to leave your hair soft and build-up-free!
 
NOTE:
Please note that if your hair still has build-up from commercial shampoo, it might go through a detox period that could last a week to weeks. In this case, it makes a big difference if you detox your hair first. See our Clay Day Mask, which will do this for you.
